The Space:

Group Therapy is a second row, 3 bed 2.5 bath home located in the popular and central subdivision of Sandy Shores. You can enjoy beach views and the sound of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished deck, and you'll be located just minutes away from the beach, on foot or by vehicle.



The living room has plenty of cozy furniture, as well as books, games, puzzles and DVDs for the family. The kitchen has all the cookware you need to prepare a meal; and coffee drinkers will enjoy both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. The kitchen island and separate dining table offer seating for all your guests, including a high chair for the littlest! Additional amenities include high speed internet and a washer and dryer.



Group Therapy sleeps 12 comfortably. Bedroom one features a queen bed; bedroom two has both a queen and a full bed; and bedroom three offers one queen and three double beds. There is also a twin day bed with trundle in the family room, and a Pack n Play for children! The largest group sleeping room has direct access to a half bath, while all rooms have access to the full bath off of the family room.



Downstairs you will find a shaded entertaining area. There's a swing, charcoal grill, and picnic table for dining "al fresco". There's also a full bathroom in the garage area, and an outdoor shower for cleaning up when you come in from a day at the beach.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
