"Good location for a "home base" to see everything on the south, west and east sides but not somewhere that you would want to spend time hanging out. It's a quiet place but your neighbors will be noticeable if the other unit is rented. The property is definitely in need of updates - it's looking run down. The bed was so-so, not luxurious. A/C was great! "

"We had a good stay and the host was very responsive and quickly fixed some minor issues we encountered at the start of our rental. Unfortunately, it was not clear that the athletic club could not be used on our last day, which was a bit disappointing (an attempt to rectify this at short notice did not work out). Overall, great location, nice condo and a very responsive communication with the host. We would (maybe will) stay again in the unit. "

"Host was extremely welcoming -- there was an adorable gift for us waiting at the check in desk. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, super walkable to the beach. The pool and athletic club access were great. We were with a toddler who loved the pool slide! It was a great trip and can't wait to come back! "
