Villa Annette is an authentic Istrian stone house located in the village of Musalez, approx. 3 km from Porec and the beach, with typical Istrian tavern only 2 km away. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2013., keeping Istrian style. It is located on its own plot of 300m2 with a beautiful garden, a swimming pool of 12m2, deckchairs, a terrace with seating, a barbecue and private parking.
Villa Annette for 6 persons, with a total living area of ​​160m2, is spread over three floors. The interior is decorated in traditional Istrian style combined with modern details. At the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sat tv, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. On the same floor, it is available to guests a Finnish and Turkish sauna with a shower and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there is also another living room with a small kitchen, dining room and couch - all in one room with access to a covered balcony with seating and a beautiful view. On the 1st floor there is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. In the attic (or in the gallery), there are two more bedrooms with double beds and a panoramic view of the sea. This rustically decorated vacation home is the ideal choice if you want to spend a quiet vacation, yet close to the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach.
