"The house is not in a good area, and it's still in the middle of the remodeling. It's very old, the bathrooms are tiny. The kitchen has pretty much nothing for us to cook, very close to the airport or the base, the noise is loud when the plane take off or land. The pictures didn't show the whole house. In my opinion, the price is expensive for that house. I wouldn't rent that house again."

"Overall, it was a good stay. There were multiple issues/concerns noticed when first arrived; light bulbs out in many places, floor was dirty is some areas, toilet lid was broken/cracked in the half bath (although able to used) and the outside trash was full that were brought to the owners attention upon arrival. Owner was attentive for the most part and was able to have someone out the next morning to change the light bulbs. "

"The house is in moderate shape with some very odd design choices from the last renovation. For instance, the lighting in the master bedroom is not hard wired at all and has wires running over the walls to wall fixtures. For such a small house it has a lot of light switches which makes finding the right one difficult. The kitchen is poorly equipped with few utensils and the appliances are very cheap. Lastly the house has two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. The detail page...

"It was a perfect place for us. We really enjoyed it!"

"We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things we would like to mention to adjust for the next guests. There was no pizza cutter. That would be a great additional to the kitchen utensils. The bedroom if you walk down the hall straight into the bedroom, the ceiling fan needs to be oiled. Makes noise and you can't go to sleep. The light needs to be on the other side of the room. Easier accessibility as that is the only light for the bedroom. Calendar for trash pick up needs to be the current year we...

"Host was wonderful, air conditioning went down and they responded quickly."

"All in all it was a very nice place for my family and easy access to Savannah. Adding hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful and perhaps raising the theater screen a bit. We had a few issues with losing power due to the storm (not owners fault) and AC went out which was fixed within 24 hours through owner. Excellent communication. We would rent from them again. "

"great place.. good communication with owner"

"Very disappointed with the overall condition and upkeep of the house. I don’t feel like the house lived up to the expectation of the photos that were presented. Upon our arrival we were greeted with overflowing trash bins and an entire section of the couch broken and left outside. The external door on the side of the house would not lock and the front door didn’t latch very well. The back porch had holes in the screens and one entire screen was missing - the cushions out there were also moldy....

"This property was amazing. It was clean and well maintained- no issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back."

"Me and my family had a great time even body was comfortable.this is a great place to stay I will recommend to anyone that have a big family "

"We came in for a weekend concert so we weren’t at the house much. When we were there, the house was very cozy and relaxing. Host was easy to get in contact with."

"Very good value for the price, had a good stay there. Good for several people."

"Everything was wonderful! Our host, Marcus was wonderful and very quick to respond. The house was perfect for the seven of us. It is close to everything we wanted to do."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the home. It exceeded our expectations and looked even better inside than the pictures portrayed. The rooms were clean, decorated nicely, and up to date with features. The beds were very comfortable and that was important since we traveled during the day and were traveling again the next morning. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah!!"

"Very well put together home in local neighborhood. Extremely happy with reservation. Fence in backyard provided very nice oasis."

"Very cute house! Love the backyard! Inside was clean and fully equipped with all we needed. "
