"Myself, my 3 sisters and mom stayed here for four nights. We had a great time. We had no issues with the walk through rooms on the second floor, we just left doors open in case anyone needed the bathroom. The master was private though. We also used the twin beds in the attic which does have its own half bath. While rooms had no AC we left windows open till bed time then closed them at night to block the street noise which was super minimal at night. 3rd floor attic was the warmest, so be sure...

"We visited Blue Hill and Acadia with two families. We needed a place that was suitable for six kids and four adults. This place was far better than we could have even imagined. It was a clean and historical property that has been thoughtfully renovated. The grassy area in the front is perfect for yard games and relaxation. The owners were extremely thoughtful and considerate. They even prepared a fire and welcomed us with s'mores supplies and other local treats. We will be returning! "

"This is a wonderful (old) house with lots of space. The bedrooms are nicely separate, making it perfect for any group of people that would like some level of privacy. The outdoor fire pit is especially nice. It is 25-30 minute distance from Acadia and Bar Harbor, which we did not find an obstacle. It has a large dinging room table perfect for dinner and games. The kitchen is well furnished. Really perfect for a family visit to Acadia. "
