"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. "O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, bem localizado, mas não indico o restaurante do hotel para jantar, tem boa diversidade de pratos, mas tem um péssimo atendimento"

"Bazı eksikler olsa da güzeldi "

"Exceptional customer service. Great value."

"Nothing good at all."

"Ok place. Breakfast was good. Not enough towels in the rooms. The whole downstairs area smells on cigarettes. Restaurant has a smoking and non smoking section but the smoking section door is always open defeating the purpose. Obviously less than ideal for us non smokers."

"It was nice hotel to stay"

"Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!"

"The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at."

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."

"the employees were very rude"

"Hotel moderno, localização não podia ser melhor, otimo café da manhã, quartos espaçosos, com bancada para trabalhar, tem elevador (não são todos que têm). Recomendo sem restrições!"

"Super helpful and friendly staff, great room and breakfast made me very happy."
