"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Staff! Our employees had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. "Super helpful and friendly staff, great room and breakfast made me very happy."

A localização e ruim.

"Amei minha estadia! Banheiro quarto muito bom! Equipe maravilhosa super prestativa!"

"Bomm"

"Located close to the station and bus station. However, property is in a poor condition and on the day of check out there was no running water in the bathroom. The previous day, the water flow of the shower was a weak drip."

"We chose this location because of proximity to the bus station. Was easy to get to. The staff were helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection."

"The room has a very profound smell and is very humid for some reason. Even the floor is damp. There was also a large spider in our room. Its location is not good at all and it’s very hard to get anywhere."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

"We spent 3 comfortable nights in the apartment. They are recently renovated, so everything is new and works well. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We made breakfast each morning. The shower is spacious and hot. The location can't be beat. It's an easy to walk to the sites in the old city, restaurants and the river. But it's also very quiet. Parking is convenient, once you know where it is and how it works. In our case, Melisa was super helpful, going with us to the parking garage...
