"Unfortunately this Quality inn needs to be closed for cleaning and updating. There was extensive black mold on bathroom ceiling and walls, safe unattached, picture frames peeling, a former guests clothing hanging in bathroom, filthy, and a prostitute knocked on the door. The front desk person was not helpful at all. My son had to leave at 1 am as his dust allergy made him very sick.
I am requesting a full refund and will be documenting, with photos to Quality Inn."

"I booked this hotel for two nights (separate), and the reservation was listed as non-refundable online. The location was very convenient for me because it was close to my destination, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
Unfortunately, after staying for only one night, I could not stay any longer because of the poor and dirty condition of the hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall environment was not what I expected based on the booking information. I felt so...

"Needed a quick stay while traveling south on 95 on my way to Richmond. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room that was well prepped. Don't look for any bells or whistles, but my stay was pleasant, quiet, and just I needed at the time. I hadn't stayed at an EconoLodge since the 80's. The room was simple and most importantly clean."
