It’s perfect for renting a boat to do fishing or water sports for the day or week. We like the outdoor awning when we’re sitting down midday to take a break from swimming or boating. It was pretty clean with the exception of some dead bugs in the laundry area room and some corners, and a few cob webs, but it is a lake house, so both of these things are kind of expected. Grass was a little overgrown to walk through, but the views made up for that too. "Heron' Cove is a great location with plenty of room for our family group of eight adults and four children under 10. We were in VA for our Son's wedding in Mineral, VA.
