The Place - Ponta Delgada Vacation Home - RRAL555

“The Place” is an old redesigned storage house using new architectural techniques.
The house is modern and full of charming details, some of them related to the sea: a fishing net partially dividing the floors, windows that are hatches and also some handcrafted reproductions of sailboats. In fact, we get the feeling that we're really in a boat. On the ground floor we find an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Still on the same floor we have the master bedroom, with double bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a large space with two single beds (optional third bed or cot) and a bathroom. There is also a fantastic terrace overlooking the garden and some sea views, ideal for relaxing or catching up on sleeping inspiration. In the back is a barbeque.

The house is in one of the best places to live on the outskirts of Ponta Delgada. Despite being a very quiet area, it is close to the city center and several points of interest, leisure and services: places of cultural interest, pineapple plantations, beaches, supermarkets and restaurants, among others.
It is very easy to move from the house to any point on the island. You can walk to the center, use public transport or rent a car. The house is about a 20-minute walk from the town center and the nearest beach. The bus stop is not far away and there are several parking spaces in front of the house.
