This charming 1st-floor flat in Pont-Audemer is 68 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, baby bath, baby potty, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy a walk nearby, with direct access to the lively and pleasant town centre, offering all the shops you need. Just a few steps away across the street, you can enjoy pain au chocolat and fresh bread for breakfast.

Events nearby :
- The Festival des Mascarets, a must-see in the town of Pont-Audemer. From early July to mid-July. Enjoy numerous events and free shows (Concerts, Street shows...)

Transport links :
- Pont-Audemer is located in a blue zone, but it is possible to park in the white zone just 5 minutes away on foot. During the summer period, parking is in the white zone everywhere.
