Villa Olivo by Villa Plus

Located in the Siller area of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Olivo has the open countryside to the front and the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains at the back. The beautiful beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are around 20 minutes away on foot, or a couple of minutes by car. This pleasant 2 bedroom villa has a well-kept lawned garden, a private swimming pool and a bright and airy interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included.

Villa Olivo sits at the base of the Tramuntana Mountains, which form a superb backdrop against the villa grounds. The beach, marina, promenade and famous Pine Walk of Puerto Pollensa are only a mile away. This popular seaside resort has a huge choice of fashionable bistros and gift shops along its sweeping bay, with views along the coast stretching north. Pollensa Old Town, the neighbouring resort of Alcudia and a host of activities and attractions can all be found within a short drive.

Main pool: 8.8 x 3.8 mtr, 0.85 - 1.8 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
