"Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. "Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity."

"Rent for the view, pool area and quiet location on edge of the town. It’s homely, rustic rather than modern. Description accurate. Pool area and views of port and sea in one direction then amazing mountains behind are the main reason to book. We had a great stay. Great communication from owner. We enjoyed the flat 20-25 minute walk each way to the port for breakfast and dinner. Great to be away from crowds. Silent."

There were a few times the power went, but we knew to reset the electricity board. Pedro also gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendation, too. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to return!"

"Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Pros: Die Finca ist komplett umzäunt und nicht einsehbar. Man kann entspannt am Pool liegen und sich im Garten und in der Finca frei bewegen, ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool werden wöchentlich von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 15 Min vom Strand , Alcúdia und Port de Pollenca entfernt. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und auch immer zu erreichen. Wir werden immer wieder gerne die Finca...
