Villa Falco is a traditional Mallorcan villa which has been fully refurbished to a high standard. The villa is located in Puerto Pollenca’s desirable area of Gotmar, which is a residential area. It is only a short walk to the beaches, supermarket and local shops and cafes. And just a little further of pleasant seafront walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca with its many bars, restaurants and night time family entertainment.



As you enter the villa to a spacious round entrance hall which leads you into the large lounge/dining room. Once in the lounge there is ample seating while relaxing watching the smart tv. The large dining table seats the whole family or friends for those get together meals. The open plan kitchen and lounge area gives a fabulous circulation space for the whole group. The kitchen is contemporary in design and has everything you need for you stay, from the induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine to the usual kitchen utensils. The villa also has a separate utility room with washing machine and drying machine, ironing board, highchairs and cots for your use.

The entrance hall also leads you to the six bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. And the cute sixth bedroom is set in the tower with its fabulous ensuite. All the bedrooms have their own spacious bathroom, which gives the whole group their own privacy and no bathroom queues.



The well kept garden surround the terrace area of this property which gives you a great feeling of space and tranquillity whilst relaxing in the sun. The private swimming pool is set at the rear of the property next to the barbeque area and the sun loungers for the long hot days and warm nights. There is a large outdoor dining table as well as outdoor seating, sun lounges and umbrellas. We also supply plastic outdoor glasses for outdoor use, as well as pool towels. There is a weber barbeque as well as a traditional charcoal barbeque to suit your needs, equipped with usual utensils.



The garden is equipped with a high-end, built-in mosquito control system for comfortable outdoor living.



We have created an indoor gymnasium for those more active guests. The gymnasium looks out to the garden and pool and when the patio doors are open gives you the feeling of workout in the garden. The area is also set up as a cycle storage with a work bench to allow you to do low level maintenance to your cycles.



There are plenty of room to park cars if you hire a car or alternatively you can hop on a bus as there is a bus stop next to the villa.



Puerto Pollenca has plenty diverse activities, Villa Falco is in a great location to explore these activities. The island has long been the Mecca for cyclists with its world famous routes and its great quiet roads and warm weather.



The villa is also very close to a very popular water sports centre where they teach sailing, kite surfing and wind surfing. It is in a beautiful location with a long beach and with the mountains as a backdrop.





If walking and rock climbing is your thing, then Puerto Pollenca caters for that too. With endless walking around nature reserves and hidden coves only accessible by walking or by boat. Rock climbing guides are available too, so the adventure never stops

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
