LIVNTHADREAM is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests and has everything you need for an enjoyable Yorke Peninsula holiday! Including Wifi!

Spacious open plan living area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, Espressotoria Coffee machine ( pods not included), dining table, high chair, lounge with TV, DVD and foosball / 8 ball game table.

Livnthadream is fully air-conditioned with a split system in the main living area and individual split systems in each ofĀ  the 4 bedrooms, along with ceiling fans fitted to the 2 queen rooms. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine.

Undercover deck area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Fully fenced yard - safe for the kids.

Garage not for use

PLEASE NOTE: As this property relies on rain water washing of your boat is not permitted

Point Turton has an excellent Tavern, general store with ice, fuel, take away, fresh baked bread and pastries. There is an all weather boat ramp and a jetty for the fishing enthusiasts.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 bunks, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 single, bed 4 - queen.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$250 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$220 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$190 per night

Over the long weekend I had the pleasure of staying at ā€˜Livin the dreamā€™ with my family and two other families. Combined we had 5 kiddies ages from 12 weeks - 7 years. This house was truely a dream for entertaining the littles, they were delighted to find a cupboard full of toys and games. The fully enclosed yard was a huge bonus and peace of mind when the kids were outside playing. We were surprised to find a well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. There were also plenty of tea towels, garbage bags, glad wrap and alfoil, we were under the impression that we would need to take our own.The only fault I had with the interior of the house was the floors werenā€™t 100% clean. Within the first hour of walking around inside, we all had dirty feet, which wasnā€™t great for our little crawling people.Nonetheless, I will definitely be rebooking. Location was great, house was great, owners were great to communicate with.

Only negative comments are the saucepan s and especially the frypan needs replacement . Few mugs and glasses had chips to look out for. Otherwise lovely and clean enjoyed our visit.

Enjoyed the spotless modern home with comfortable mattresses! The rooms seemed quite soundproof too. Large fridge and room for several cars in the driveway. Not all places have these even though they sleep large groups. The only thing we needed was a functioning outdoor tap.

We really enjoyed the house and its surrounds. We had 8 guys / 3 boats and all fitted inside the yard comfortably. Our only issue was no taps or water available to wash the boats or at least the motors out. There is also no water available at the boat ramp so an issue for any Boates that take care if their gear. Overall a great experience

This place has probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. All v well organised and easy to settle into. It is a bit of a distance to the beach but we knew that before we went. Comfortable beds. V nice house for a short break.

We loved our time here and couldn't be happier with this gorgeous holiday house! Big, spacious, lots of bedding options, return verandah so you can follow the sun and sit outside comfortably no matter what time of day or night. The big, comfy sofa with recliners was one of the reasons why I chose this place - so often holiday homes etc. don't have a nice place to sit and unwind after a long day but this one was absolutely perfect! The house was fully stocked with everything you needed and more (minus linen of course). The only thing that would have made it even better was if there was WIFI available as there is no service for Vodafone in many parts of the peninsula. I really hope we can stay here again some time! :)

We loved everything about our stay- from the spacious rooms, immaculate cleanliness, big comfy sofa and all of the essentials! Eg coffee machine! Kids loved the pool/soccer table and was safe and secure to let them roam. Walking distance to pub was helpful after some wines on the deck. We loved it and will return :)

This house was fantastic, very impressed with everything the moment we walked inā€”ample room for the 8 of us. The lounge was a great size, with plenty of room to kick the footy with the grandkids in the yardā€”good coffee from the general store and not far from the local pub.
