"Although room was warm and sheets were crisp, the sink was partially clogged, no Netflix and any worthy available shows you had to pay for, and there was many ants in the bathroom, around a bed, and near the shoes. My daughter is terrified of bugs and this really ruined her stay."

"We stayed during March Break, the hotel was nice, pool was great and breakfast was really good. I am totally okay with kids having fun during the March break, however, we were up most of the night due to kids running down the halls, screaming and banging on all the doors. We went to the desk twice and the response we got was “we apologize it is March break”. We have a four year old with us, who was unable to sleep due to other peoples kids not being able to follow the rules. "

"Clean room, hot tub was on deck. Super relaxing night. Close walk to main lodge for dinner and breakfast. Sauna was really wuick to heat up and had me sweating bullets. Beautiful views in a great location just off the main Cabot Trail road. Highly recommended. Will return"
