"Clean room, good breakfast and dinner"

"I was contacted early on the day of arrival which was really nice as you immediately knew there were no problems with the reservation. Asked of any allergies were applicable in advance of breakfast the following morning. Upon arrival met by the owner and given all the information and shown to our beautiful room This location is like stepping back in time but with the modern touches in the bathroom . The bed and breakfast is very clean and the breakfast is a treat in itself with a Nova Scotia...

"We ate dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant before catching the ferry. The food was tasty and served hot. It was nice to just walk to the restaurant rather than having to drive somewhere else. The room was very hot and we could not turn the heater off."

"Found out upon check-in that dogs weren’t allowed even if they stayed in their kennel, but was told a rabbit in a cage could stay in the room. After rabbit was moved in, was then told that the rabbit couldn’t stay in there. Was offered a refund for the mixup, but then was told I’d have to request it through Expedia and after the whole misinformation with the rabbit, I didn’t trust that I would actually get the refund so our dog and rabbit had to sleep out in our vehicle overnight. "Paul was very welcoming and accommodating, made us sandwich plates since the restaurant was not technically open that day. They have pet friendly facilities which is great. The grounds and trails to the shore were fun as well. We had spent 2 days on the go and we were able to actually unwind. Our unit had no tv and we did not miss it at all. 9/10 would recommend!"
