"Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still.
