"We had a wonderful stay in Pleasant View! we had no trouble getting into the property, and enjoyed every minute of the stay! its within walking distance to some great restaurants, all of which we enjoyed immensely! Will definitely look this property back up on our next Nashville trip!"

"The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. The age ranges of our family ranges from 7 months to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the ability to be together and to have private areas. Well worth the money."

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"This place is beautiful and easy to find and it’s a great place overall, but if you are staying on a lower floor you NEED the earplugs left for you. Without the earplugs, I wouldn’t have slept without them and thankfully they were provided beside the bed. If you aren’t a person who is woken by footsteps above you, this place is most likely perfection! It’s easy to park, spacious, and felt safe at all times!
