"Such a great property! The house was just the right size and full of everything you could need. My favorite part was drinking coffee by the river. It is so beautiful!"

"I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We were in Colorado for a family reunion at Echo Basin so the location was close enough that it was easy to get to, but far enough away to escape from the chaos of my extended family. "Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. "Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend. "

"What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

"Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed. I liked the place and the Property Manager and their representatives were nice and communicated well. Good experience. Would recommend to people."

"My stay was amazing, very comfortable and I found everything I needed and more at the house. The property and space are immaculate and owners are wonderful. They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. There’s easy access to downtown Mancos, Cortez and Durango for adventures though you don’t need to leave the house to enjoy a breathtaking view! You cannot go wrong with a stay here! "

"We took our grandkids on a road trip in Colorado. The location to mesa verde was perfect. A lot of good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Would recommend. Good indoor and outdoor space. Kitchen well stocked."

"This property offers a very quiet cozy farmlike feel. The property has a beautiful creek you can sit at as the deck gives you a wonderful quiet feel that you and your family can enjoy. It has a rustic feel inside as you can sit in the living room watching tv or play a game as you prepare dinner. Everything is labeled and any item that you may need is available. A lovely stay that my family will be looking to book again."
