"A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order...

"Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

Excelente localização, acomodação perfeita e funcionários sempre gentis e com um sorriso no rosto. Colado com uma praia excelente, calma e super limpa. "We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. We enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, everywhere was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back again in the future."
