"Hotel possui toda estrutura para ser do nível RIU. Toda equipe está de parabéns, desde a chegada até a saída. Sugiro apenas que o hotel reveja a estrutura de logistica para vagas de estacionamento para os hospedes. De repente em um jardim não tão aproveitado, poderia ser feita uma extensão do estacionamento, o que ajudaria muito, ja que o hotel possui muitos quartos para poucas vagas."

Seit Jahren wird dies bemängelt und nan reagiert überhaupt nicht, schade. Das Faro Hotel verbietet Reservation von Liegestühlen und entfernt Tücher innerhalb 15 Minuten. "Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake.
The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays.

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....
