"Fantastic rooms. Huge! 2 floors. Breakfast is ok. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel in case you want to self cater. Itâs not walking distance from beach and central area but there is a free bus and taxi is cheap.

"Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake.
The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays.
