"Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake.
The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays.

"Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nĂ€he gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare HauptstraĂe hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir wĂŒrden bestimmt wieder...
