"Convenient to airport"

"I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. "The bed was very comfortable. However, the couch in the room was stained and I didn’t want to sit on it. The bathroom was obviously cleaned, but the shower had stains. The staff was friendly. I went down to breakfast around 8:30 and got a biscuit with gravy. It was cold, but I microwaved it and it was fine. Tried using the treadmill in the workout room, but it had an error message and wouldn’t turn on. The overall experience was just ok. I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this...

"When we checked in, the front desk attendant was phenomenal!! We were tired from traveling all day and had just left another hotel that was filthy. She was very patient. Our rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience."

"We checked in and upon entering our room, immediately noticed three things: lots of stray hairs on the bed, a puddle(of unknown fluid) on the floor, and the smell of pot permeating the entire room. We tried to convince ourselves to stay but the thought of getting any rest in that room was not something we could stomach. The staff were difficult to find and it was an all-around awful situation. "Hotel was clean and not unmaintained. It feels a little sketchy when you see the shut down boarded up hotel across the way. Not very convenient for finding food. But, it was just a one night stop for us and it served its purpose."
