"This was my second stay at the hotel, and we booked a room with lounge access. Since my check-in was late at night after a long train journey, I sent a request to the hotel asking them to set aside some food from the lounge so we could eat. I received no response, nor was my request fulfilled. At check-in, the lounge was still open, but dinner had already ended, and nothing was saved for us. The hotel restaurants had also closed, as had the shopping mall next door."

"Absolutely filthy and uncomfortable stay. The room is very dated and the carpet is stained. The design of the washroom is very poor and water will splash everywhere when you take a shower. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Do not recommend to any discerning traveler."
