"Great location near the Heraklion airport and walking distance to public beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery. We stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and used it as a base to discover the island of Crete. The views of the sea and the orientation of the building provide for beautiful viewing of sunrises and sunsets. "The hotel was incredibly clean and food amazing. Great views from your Sunbed and the best sandy beach I have been to in Greece. Only downsides are the amount of sunbeds pool side so you often have to get up early to get a bed or you will be on the beach. Then the beach club next door played music a few nights until the early hours which kept us awake. Other than that it is an amazing hotel "

"Propriedade de frente para o mar, não são as praias mais belas com água azul e pedras brancas. Pelo contrário, tinha muitas algas mortas na areia que a equipe do hotel poderia limpar. No último dia o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente. O café da manhã não tem bebidas a disposição, ou seja, não tem variedades de bebidas quentes e sucos. Pelo nível do hotel poderia ter itens para usar na banheira como sais de banho e espuma. A equipe maravilhosa e muito atenciosa. Chegamos muito tarde e recebemos...

"Even before our family of 4 arrived every interaction with the staff was professional and helpful. They coordinated a late night pick up from the airport to get us to the resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that presented us with hand cleaning towels which were much appreciated and a beverage of our choice while we finished check-in before taking us to our beautiful suite.
