"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."

"The facilities, the room and the breakfast of the hotel are amazing. But the hotel services leave something to be desired. The check out took so long, they are lost. Most of the staff don't speak english, restaurant staff at lunch time are lost, we ordered a dish that never arrived because the waitress did not take the order. And spa services are not available on the weekend."

Otelin alt katındaki spa ve hamam başka bir işletmeye verilmiş. Hamam ücretsiz ama Masaj ücrete tabiiydi. Masaj yaptırdık gerçekten güzel ve rahatlatıcıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Biz güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Teşekkür ederiz. "
