The one downside was hearing the TV next door, late at night and early morning. Otherwise, no complaints. Would book here again in the future."

One very off note: While we were having breakfast one of the housekeepers had a very loud complaint about another housekeeper at the front desk. A manager with two brain cells to rub together would have told her to bring her complaint to the office, and away from the guests.."

"We had a comfortable stay. Right after I checked out, my car wouldn’t start. The concierge called the maintenance man (Jaime) to help me. Jaime went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my car running again. He was so kind."

"Bed and pillows comfy; breakfast was sufficient - nothing hot except for waffles, but there were boiled eggs in the fridge and a microwave, plus a good selection of other items. Friendly service. We would stay here again, although maybe not in a room next to the ice machine😴"
