The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. "Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."
