"Hair dryer was nowhere to be found (but holder was still on the wall.) When checking in to my room, I found raisins on the desk chair (which had badly torn seat.) If it wasn't so late, I would have let left.
Front desk staff were NOT available during stated hours. A neighbor in a nearby room locked himself out of his room accidentally and we both tried calling for assistance, to no avail. (At that point I REALLY wish I had left!)"

"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...
