The unit was spotlessly clean. The furniture however was so cheap and worn that the space felt more like college housing than a luxury apartment. The sheets and pillowcases were so thin I bought my own to have something acceptable.
The even number apartments have small but lovely balconies facing on a wooded hill. The balconies in front (odd numbers) face a busy road with lots of busses are would be largely unusable.
The location is excellent, with frequent busses stopping right in front. As others have noted, the parking places are so tight that you’ll have to suck in your stomach to get into your car if someone’s parked next to you.
The rental agents discourage package deliveries, which are made to the lobby, but we had no trouble with Amazon deliveries.
The carpeting was clean but stained and hard as a rock. It needs to be replaced
The photos shown are a compilation of apartments. Our furnishings were not as nice as those shown—they were rock bottom cheap and minimal.
