The apartment features a bedroom with a Queen bed, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area fully equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and garage parking across the street for $25/day. Bicycles are welcome at no extra charge. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street. You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.



Guest Access:

Both the main access to the building and private rooms work with the access codes that guests receive at the time of check-in. This is a private space. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

Conveniently located in the Heart of Downtown Pittsburgh. Downtown has everything you need - from entertainment and dining to museums and sightseeing. It’s just a short walk to Heinz Field, PNC Park, PPG Paints Arena, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and much more! Revel in Pittsburgh's finest nightlife, arts, and dining.



If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat nearby (next to our 100 Smithfield building), there are a number of tasty and cheap food options - two Pizza shops, Thai, Indian, Syrian, and Mexican restaurants and a coffee shop. And just in case you forgot something, there is a 24/7 convenience store located across the street.



Getting Around:

Get anywhere in Pittsburgh easily by foot or by public transportation. It’s just a short walk to:



David L. Lawrence Convention Center - 15 minute walk

PNC Park - 20 minute walk

PPG Paints Arena - 20 minute walk

Heinz Field - 25 minute walk



If you don’t feel like walking, you can take the T (light rail system) or a bus. The T is free from downtown to the Northside (Heinz Field, PNC Park, Rivers Casino and more). Almost all bus lines run through downtown. Bus stops to Oakland, Shadyside, and East Carson St (Southside) and many more are within 0-3 blocks.

A standard HDMI cable is included for added convenience. The apartment features central air conditioning, though the thermostat cannot be adjusted from within the unit.
