"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"Absolutely phenomenal location and host! The house is perfect, in a fun, terrific neighborhood and the local community offers a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very convenient to downtown and all the local attractions that a great city like Pittsburgh has to offer. We plan on visiting Pitt again this summer and would love to stay at this location every time we come to town. You can’t go wrong with this location and the great host! "

"Great apartment, great host. There was a minor issue with the place. The host went out of her way to get things fixed for us. The parking is off-street, which is a huge plus. Kitchen was well-equipped, and had silverware and dishes. The place also had a Keurig and K-cups. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great.
