We knew nothing about Martinez, except that John Muir had lived there. We found this place was available, lovely and had a nice fenced yard for our dog. "Our host was super responsive to questions and inquiries! We loved that the home is in a suburb surrounded by green spaces and includes many walking trails. The home met the needs of our family of 16 traveling from various countries and states to enjoy the holiday season together."

"The kitchen and main bath remodel are very nice. Enjoyed the living area with the fireplace. Didn't spend much time outside since the weather was a bit cool while we were there, but really liked the fenced-in backyard. Note that there is quite a bit of road noise from the freeway below. An easy drive to Napa from this property."

Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again!
