- The outdoor space has many seating areas; outdoor heater and lights available on request
- Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace
- Note: the garage holds our cleaning supplies and is not part of the rental — parking is on the driveway/front (10+ spots); one storage area with extra furniture is off-limits

Walking distance to Sprouts Farmers Market, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Peet's, Chipotle, Walgreens, and Kaiser. 20 miles to San Francisco, 10 to Berkeley, 7 to BART, 25 to Oakland Airport (OAK).

PRACTICALITIES
- The property sits on an acre with no adjacent neighbors — a prime spot for family gatherings with privacy. Gatherings are allowed, but parties are not; please be considerate so there are never complaints from neighbors or police.
- Checkout 10 am (unarranged late departures $200/hr — message us instead)
- Please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest; an additional per-guest fee applies
- No smoking or fire anywhere on the property land — wildfire risk
- No pets — service animals always welcome; quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am
- Two exterior security cameras face the driveway and one faces the backyard — outside only
- Professionally cleaned before and after every guest — clean towels, fresh linens, and that gorgeous bay view
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
