I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. "Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

"I booked this apartment for one night for me and my daughter for a concert at Old National Center. It was so clean and the cutest apartment. We loved it so much, my only regret was not booking it for the whole weekend! It’s in a great area of downtown Indy, we felt very safe walking around town by ourselves. I was unsure of the area since I’ve never been to Indianapolis before, but so glad we picked this place and will definitely be coming back! I’m not sure of the comments with the noise level...
