"This is a cute house, perfect location with great views. The hot tub was super clean and refreshing after a day out. Well stocked and pet friendly. The parking area is tight, especially if cars are parked in the other driveway. The cafe down the street is great (can't remember the name)!"

"Very nice and quiet location, across the street from a school. Many deer were feeding on the grounds of the school . Reasonable walk to the beach and to two grocery stores in town.Very spacious layout. Bedrooms on either end of the unit, large living room with a large tv (tvs also in both bedrooms), large kitchen., and washer and dryer. Owner supplied a welcome box with dishwasher and washer machine soaps. Nice deck outside. Nice tub in bathroom in common bathroom. Large shower in...

"Please note that this was our first time staying in an RV. We arrived way after dark to a dark RV and were clueless on how to turn on the lights. None of the switches worked, so we used our phones as flashlights. It was only an overnight stay, so we slept and showered and left early."

"Upon arrival it looked like property was abandoned. Weeds 3-4 ft tall all around bldg. Only 1 key provided. Apt was worn - lots of stains on MBR carpet, dining table had water and other stains all over, freezer door wobbly, ice maker broken, dishwasher top rack broken, only one night stand in bedrooms with very small lamp, small lamps in main room so had to use bright ceiling lights in order to read. Heated floor in MB nice but ground fault in second bath. Bed was comfortable. Unit needs...

"This place is the perfect getaway for 2, or even several couple if you book with other couples (there are other close neighbors in a similar styled space who you share common outdoor space with). We definitely saw our neighbors but everyone was respectful of each other and kept to themselves. The hot tub and gas fire pit are private and right outside your door. The view is incredible, and theres a beautiful Cyprus tree that silhouettes the horizon and sunset. There is no direct beach access, but...

"This is a lovely, small cabin up on a hill with a beautiful view of the Rogue River. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. Just a note, the driveway up to the cabin is extremely steep and there is no flat driveway at the top, and no street parking. We did not feel comfortable parking our car there and were able to park it on the flat driveway next door with permission from the owner."

"This was a lovely house with a fairly well-equiped kitchen, strong wifi, comfortable seating and very clean. Views included a backyard that backed into a forest and a front partial view of the Pacific Ocean. The listing was a bit out-of-date regarding the guest contact, but the previous guest contact was helpful and contacted the owner and our questions were answered within a hour by the owner who apologized for the out-of-date info. This is the reason for the 4 stars on communication with...
