Walk to the Beach

Great location! Walk to the beach and pier in a few minutes. You rarely need to use your car except for day trips to Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, or SLO. It is a little loud but youā€™re in a multi-plex unit right on Pismoā€™s main thoroughfare. The unit itself is bright, gets great fresh ocean air, has most of the essentials (bring your toiletries) and a good sized kitchen for cooking. Clean sheets and towels and no dust! Floor needed a good mop, I let the host know and they quickly replied saying they could have the cleaning crew come back through. Would stay again for a lively beach family vacation!

Nice accommodations, but upstairs unit not for elderly or handicap folks

Good location to pier and restaurants. Comfortable. But, I was supposed to have a street level unit, per representative Melinda, when I got there it was an upstairs unit and I had to make arrangements for my elderly guest to stay elsewhere because the stairs was very difficult to climb.

Everything was very good except that we thought our upstairs unit had a water view as stated but it didnā€™t. The location was super convenient. We stayed there for 4 nights. It would be good to have a washer and dryer in the unit if you stayed more than 4 nights.

This place was great our family of 4. Next time I'll request a down stairs apartment. But location was great, rooms were great, beds are comfortable and the 2nd bedroom fit a portacrib with extra room.

The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families.

Forst time in Pismo

After three hot days in Disneyland it was a wonderful end to our family road trip to stay in Pismo at this location. We were a block and a half from the beach, shopping, food and pier! The place was so clean, had all the amenities needed for our family to be comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again.

Convenient location in Pismo Beach

The location is convenient to get to the beach, which is about 2 blocks away, shopping, restaurants and is not too far from other attractions like the outlet malls, Hearst Castle and Solvang. Would be nice if it had laundry, and the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with cookware and dishes, but those are the only downsides. Overall, was a great stay for my family of 6. Would stay here again.

Great for Grad Weekend

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the lack of spices for cooking and the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Both are things that we have had access to at all of the VRBO properties that we have stayed in worldwide.

Great for a weekend getaway or a staycation

My family of 5, came for a weekend, (wish we could have stayed longer) it was a great location near down town, walking distance to everything, close to the freeway. The place was nice and clean, very modern, quiet location. We canā€™t wait to come back to stay longer!

Nice place, the apartment is better than pictures Only negatives, only having one set of keys was problematic, a key pad would have been much more convenient. Also no soap or shampoo provided so bring your own. Outdoor patio furniture was dirty. House keepers were still there at 4:00.

Great Stay

The property was close to everything we needed to go to. We walked to the monarch butterfly Grove as well as to downtown easily. We did have a small problem getting in and out of the downstairs gate. Other than that everything was perfect.
