"The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!"

"This is a beautiful, brand-new space. It was very clean, and it has all of your basic kitchen needs covered. Nice bedding, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, the climate controls were easy to use, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking is on the street. One thing to be aware of, if you are not a morning person, is that a nearby business has large trucks that arrive at 7am loudly. We had to be up early, so it was ok for our...

"The cottage in Alameda exceeded expectations in every way: Light and airy inside, a good-sized bath off the bedroom with a large living room work area in the front of the hone. Updates to the kitchen make it a pleasure for cooking and eating. Even a washer and dryer for us to wash clothes and the sheets at the end of our first week of stay. Nearby coffee shop on Central Ave with Webster St. services within walking distance. Five stars all around."

"Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)"
