"The property is very rural and feels very safe. Parking is easy. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Everything was very clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. The room includes a coffee maker, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, a large TV and WiFi. I particularly liked that the WiFi did not require a password. "I booked a $450 + / night room in January for a mid May stay with my wife. We were there to see Sting at the The Pavilion in The Woodlands so the venue was worth the extra costs to us.
Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock.
I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room...
