"My family and I travel to texas for the Thanksgiving holiday to arrive at the vrbo we booked to stay to find the property was poorly taken care and very dirty. Tryed calling and text the host for almost two hours. As i was getting no answer or reply. At this time i reached out to vrbo for help as i didnt want to stay in a place that was dirty. "This is an excellent B & B. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained for a historic old home in historic Nacogdoches, Texas. The bed is super comfortable, great sheets, and linen. The breakfast is fresh homemade and excellent. A couple that owns the restored historical and their family in town are very helpful in providing supporting details for all you need. "They have one of the best beds in the Eleanor suite that we have ever slept on with the most comfortable bedding! The breakfasts there were delicious and you definitely didn’t leave hungry! Would recommend to anyone who wants to sleep and eat great!"
