"Linda was amazing - like my cousin that couldn't wait for me to arrive. Thank you Linda!! There are snacks upon arrival, coffee/water/tea in the room, games in the common area - and beautiful grounds. A truly unique place - I hope to return someday!!"
"Our stay was part of a week long trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We cannot say enough great things about our stay- our room was comfortable and cozy- the entire inn and staff are perfect for a quiet getaway and we didn’t want to leave. Food is excellent and many fun things to do close by including wineries and historic places and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend- Brenda and Kevin are amazing hosts and people. We will be back!! "
"The room was new and up to date. But the cleanliness of the room was very lacking. The bed spread and blanket looked to have many spill or liquid spots on them, it was very dusty and the floor way dirty. The area outside of the room was cluttered with boxes, vaccums and a grill."
"The property was beautiful and it literally had everything we needed and more! They even had a firstaid kit which was useful after finding some ticks from our Shenandoah hike. Loved the pla e and will definately be back!"
"We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! "
"Sandra was in touch to remind and provide helpful information days in advance of our trip. The old mansion is gorgeous, with stately old, tall and gnarly silver maples flanking the beautiful entrance. Lots of rocking chairs our front. We lucked out, too, as weather was beautiful. It was a great pleasure to meet Sandra. She took such good care of us. Her breakfasts were first rate, and she had suggestions for about any kind of entertainment in the area. She had many Virginia wines...
