"Property was very spacious. We enjoyed this stay very much.The beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a couple days that you 78, and then we spent 1 day at the lake and that was very nice."

"My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very private, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of exploring. The location was perfect, close enough to Yosemite to make getting there easy, but still quiet and peaceful. There’s also a great pizza place nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back!"

"We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...

"The location was great! About a 5 minute walk to mini-golf, 5 minute drive to the grocery store, and best of all, a 5 minute drive to Twain Harte Lake! The hosts were helpful and accommodating. They offered us the use of their stand-up paddle board, beach chairs and flotation toys. We had a wonderful time there and would be happy to stay again!"
