"We LOVED this place so much that we booked our next stay before we left. Staff is great, right on the water, great pool, clean rooms. You’re a mile away from the heart of OOB, which if you know Old Orchard, that’s perfect..close enough to everything, but enough away from the craziness. Shout out to the Hotels daughter making a TikTok for this place because that’s how I spotted it..will be coming here for years to come!"

"The staff were very kind and friendly. The pool was awesome. We however had a big leak from our ac when we arrived and when we called the office to help us they gave us towels and told us to wait until the morning for maintenance. In the morning we had to go back to the office to let them know it was urgent because we had been filling up pots of water all night and it got all over our toddlers bedding. They finally sent maintenance to empty the line but we weren’t compensated at all."

"It was a well-maintained property, although the last night we were there the hot tub wasn't hot and it had been wonderful previously. Their towels are lousy, but other than that, it was very enjoyable. The room had a table and 2 chairs and outside the door there were 2 chairs and an end table. The bed was great, but I did have a problem getting up there - it's very high up and I'm short. The shower was GREAT! You can adjust the pressure. If you want sun in the AM or PM, ask for one or the other....

"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches."

"This property was so reasonably priced especially for all the amenities included. The room was an apartment style setup with a nice living room area and large bedroom. The kitchen area was convenient with a hot top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The communication with the staff was great especially when my arrival was delayed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future."
