"this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on....

"We stayed at this place for a few days & had a blast. The house is great & sits right where all the action happens. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The instructions to check in & out are clear to understand. The house is also equipt with all the water craft you'll need to have a great experience on the water & is a short paddle to hospital hole to hang out with the manatees. If you're unable to get into a kayak, just sit on the swing seat & wait for the wild life to swim past....

"This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!"

"We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this property, celebrating our wedding anniversary and our oldest son’s birthday. It was very peaceful and we loved the kayaks. The porch and dock were awesome as well! We did a grocery pick up and ate most meals at the cabin. We visited Weeki Wachee Springs and had a wonderful vacation overall. "The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Beautiful views from the upstairs deck. We watched manatees swim by everyday! My niece is a pastry chef and she had everything she needed in the kitchen to make us delicious treats! We walked to the Upper Deck for lunch and dinner a couple of times which was very convenient, great food! We made good use of the kayaks every day! Thank you Tonya and Toby for a magical stay."
