2 bedroom, 1 bath stilted home In Weeki Wachee Florida with 2 decks providing you spectacular view of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can create your own delectable meals or grill out on the beautifully paved patio area with fire pit. For those moments when you simply want someone else to do the work, visit any of the nearby restaurants (many which are waterfront) to enjoy some area favorites!

Bordering Pine Island State Park in Weeki Wachee you'll find a family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, bird-watching, looking for sea turtles or dolphins or just relaxing with a good book. With clean, white sand and shallow waters, it's the perfect place for kids to work off some energy in the water or at the playground. There are cold beverages and light fare available at Willy's Tropical Breeze Cafe. Of course, you can always opt to make use of the 4 kayaks with life jackets provided as part of your rental. You'll also find board games and dvd's for some family fun.

Nearby youā€™ll find many attractions including the Weeki Wachee State Park, home of the world famous mermaids, Nature Coast Botanical Gardens & Nursery, Fishdaddy Charters and Strongtower Vineyard just to mention a few.

Cute little cottage on the bay. Was great for one night. Beds weren't very comfortable and there was no way to get to a beach because the park was closed. But the porch was great for coffee in the morning, kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed for a quick stop over.

Perfect getaway spot!

The home was absolutely perfect! This was a mother-daughter trip to Florida. Three out of four nights we were able to watch dolphins up by shore. We absolutely loved the tropical feel of the home and the location. We especially loved the two sliding glass doors that faced the golf of America. The pine Island Beach was still closed for repairs so at night we would walk along the shore and catch a sunset. This home had everything we needed and more!

Fun guys trip with my sons.

Had a great time. Really liked the location. Very close to a public beach. Watch out for the sting rays. My 15 year old got stung on the foot but after a quick trip to the clinic he was fine by 9 that night. Lots of family activities. Convenient to Busch Gardens, water Parks and o

Hidden Corner of Paradise

the place was cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the view was stunning. it shares a property line with the main beach which was nice to visit for the spectacular sunset. the added bonus was it came with kayaks and paddleboards with a launching area right in the backyard. the town with typical shopping and restaurants was only 15 mins away. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay off the beaten path.

Nice location, awesome sunsets. The kayak area needed help with some cleaning of equipment. The main bed was very uncomfortable and outside lights shone (either I couldnā€™t find the switch off or they were on a timer) and the main bed was very hot so I slept on the pullout couch bed. Not much parking room. House was cute and overall we enjoyed our trip but I think once was enough. Communication was timely with house manager.

Fantastic property. Being informed of beach being closed and work on home being performed prior to stay would have been courteous but would not have changed our plans and did not effect our satisfaction or enjoyment of this beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful Experience

My husband and two granddaughters stayed here for a few days for our annual summer vacation. The house is very cute and the perfect size for us. We loved being so close to the beach! The girls kayaked and snorkeled for the first time! We watched the sunset on the beach every night! The girls cried when we had to leave. We hope to be back someday. This home is a magical little oasis.

Great location

This place was great! The time of year we went brought on some thunderstorms, but the sun always came out for us to have fun! It is so close to the water and the local beach. We even had a visit from dolphins right in the bay outside the house. The kids were so excited. Great to have kayaks there and easy to get them into the water from the porch. The kids even rescued a turtle that was trapped on a rope from a fish trap, when they were kayaking. The host was fantastic and help us to get over the flooded road ( which only happened one day) and let us use kayaks at their other property so we could go see the manatees. She even offered us to stay at another camp if we were nervous about the storms. The first day there the patio underneath flooded , but it provided our own aquarium to observe from the porch. It was so great to be right next to the beach so we could come and go as we pleased, and visit at the end of the day to see the sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I chose this home for a weekend getaway to celebrate her birthday. We were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle and this place did not disappoint! The home had everything that we needed, including kayaks and a large gas grill, which we took advantage of everyday. Thereā€™s a beach/park thatā€™s literally right next door that you can walk to and watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend!

Wonderful family place to stay at

We loved the house and the location. We liked that it was far enough north out of the busier populated areas. It sits right next to a small state park. Only con was the park cleaning crew noise in the morning for a bit. We spent a lot of time using the paddle boards and kayaks. Perfect little launch point in the back to a channel off the Gulf. House was clean and well stocked. Great communication with the manager. Nice beach that does not allow more people than what the parking lot holds so doesnā€™t get too busy. There were no shells at the beach - only thing my kids were disappointed about. I am so glad we found this place.

Best vacation ever

My wife and I brought our two kids down and the house is very clean very well prepped and has beautiful views. The area is incredible and we have already recommended this same rental house to friends of ours who are looking to take their family on a quiet vacation.

Great Location

The property was as advertised! Very clean and beach access was fantastic. The house had everything we needed and it was just a 10 minute drive to stores etc. It was an added bonus there were paddle boards included as well. We loved seeing the dolphins, manatee's and some sting rays. The water at the beach is very shallow when the tide goes out but is extremely clear when the tide is high. There aren't any waves so it's perfect for little kids. Because it's so shallow, you can take the boards out quite a distance and still see the bottom. Very nice little house.
