"We rented the house for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for our stay. Only complaint was the guest bed sheets had not neen changed. Before we left we found blood on sheets at the bottom of the bed. The rest of the house was very clean. I would recommend the house. Very quiet and peaceful."

"We stayed in this home for a weekly friend and fishing vacation …. The home and managers was very nice and it was easy to access the home … The view is spectacular!!! We enjoyeddthe pool , hot tub, comfy beds, large shower, beautiful kitchen , and dock on canal ,,, our friend could pick us up on dock out back on his boat !!! We caught snook, jacks, and a tarpon !!!! 5 star home and location!!!!! We will be back great vacation!!!!"

"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

"Smashed bugs on bathroom floor so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Master bedroom doesn't cool down like the rest of the house and smells like rubber from the attached gym. Remotes didn't have batteries, patio light didn't work, most of the dock lights were out. Location was great to get to several beaches and grocery stores."

"House was very accessible and very clean. Ammenities were very up to date. Outstanding view of river. Pool was clean and enjoayable. Instructions were clear. Only issue that was encountered was a nonfunctional Family Room TV that was not addressed despite multiple inquiries."

"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on...

"We had eight couples that stayed here for a long weekend. We were visiting our mother for her 88th birthday and Mother’s Day. We cooked all meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful experience."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!"
