"This place was easy to find and check in was very quick. I arrived by motorcycle and they have secure underground parking. Great place to stop if you’re travelling through Prince George. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is so nice and updated. The rooms are clean, beds where so comfortable, bathroom super great! We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting...

"Very happy with my room. I asked for a queen suite with pull out couch and got a 2 bedroom. The room is huge and very comfortable. This is my 2nd time here within the month will definitely be back. Front end staff member was super nice and very efficient with check in. Breakfast is included and they have great options for everyone "

"Newly built hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms. Great facilities with a pool with a slide and a gym. It was busy, with lots of families, but the whole facility is big enough and well designed so not an issue. Excellent buffet breakfast. Probably the best overall hotel of our 3 week family trip. Would definitely stay here again. "
