"It is as described but two of the beds were damp and the back patio had cigarettes and butts that had to be picked up. No place to take out garbage before you leave and they will charge you for not taking it out. High price for just a place to sleep for one night. It is close to the beach. Host didn’t respond to our concerns as soon as she sent the added charges "
