"Check in was easy. Beautiful view of the river and private and fairly easy to go down to the rivers edge. If you want to wade in the river, bring water shoes. The place was beautifully decorated, bright and clean! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. "

"My husband and I had a very pleasant day in this home. I loved the peaceful neighborhood. The owner of this rental is very pleasant and congenial. I have actually never had the opportunity to meet the host of a rental before. She was very helpful and easy to contact and responded quickly to inquiries. "We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...

"Great vacation home to enjoy with our family. Beautiful decks with views of the water. Would stay again ifin the area."

"This is a beautiful home with walking access to the Saint Lawrence River. The communication with the owners was terrific and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We biked the loop from Clayton to Cape Vincent stopping at a few breweries, a light house and a winery. We then grilled out at the home and truly enjoyed the upper open deck with a full moon!"

"Place was very clean. Nice views of the river from the upper deck. Three full baths was great. Would recommend for a get away with a large group or family."
